Stop the Fad Diets -They Don't Work!

I've attempted to compile a comprehensive list of trend diets with some fascinating weight control humor. Many of these diets have been around since the mid-seventies and many of them circulate again annually. There's little new about fad diets. Losing pounds is as simple as it is complicated. To shed pounds you need to eat less calories than you burn. Boost your activity level and decrease the quantity of calories you consume and you'll shed weight. It's so easy but yet few of us are really capable of doing it. So let's just have a laugh about it. What we really need is healthy dieting advice...

Some easy tips:

Eat heaps of fruit and veg

It's counseled that we eat at least 5 portions of differing kinds of fruit and veg a day. It's easier than it sounds. A drink of one hundred percent unsweetened fruit juice can count as one portion, and vegetables cooked into dishes also count. Increase your activity levels

Someone that increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorific intake, will almost certainly lose weight.

Regardless of if you loathe gyms "even light exercise,eg a short twenty minute walk, will be beneficial if done most days of the week.

Remaining healthy while on the road is generally an issue in a modeling career, whether you're going to a world shoot or just going fifty miles up the road for a two day job.

It's not just the airline food or the room service which make things difficult either - your exercise routine is typically the first casualty of a long trip.
